Article 1: Game organization

Parfumaré SAS, headquartered at 35 rue Debelleyme 75003 Paris, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 510 457 518, is organizing a free, no-obligation competition entitled “Instagram/Facebook Competition: Win a Unique Encounter” from September 5, 2024 to midnight on September 13, 2024.

Article 2: Conditions of participation

This game is open to all natural persons of legal age residing in mainland France, with the exception of employees of the organizing company and their families, as well as all persons involved in the preparation of the game. Participation is strictly personal and nominative. Only one entry per person is permitted.

Article 3 : How to participate

To participate, all you need to do is :

• Subscribe to the Instagram accounts of Sabé Masson and Louis Dazy.
• Like the competition post.
• Comment on the post by tagging two friends.

Any participation that does not comply with the conditions set out in these rules will be considered null and void.

Article 4: Designation of the Winner

A draw will be made among the participants who have complied with the conditions of participation. The draw will take place on September 9, 2024.

The winner will be contacted by private message on Instagram or Facebook. If the winner does not reply within 7 days, a new draw will be held to select another winner.

Article 5: Prizes

The winner will receive :

• A Solide Liquide encounter of the Sabé Masson skincare fragrance from one of the 6 in the collection.
• A signed and numbered 20x30 cm print by the artist Louis Dazy from among the 6 photos on offer.

These prizes cannot be exchanged, reimbursed or exchanged for cash.

Article 6 : Personal data

The information collected as part of this competition is intended exclusively for the organizing company. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended, each participant has the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning him or her. Article 7 : Liability

The organizing company may not be held responsible for any connection problems, data loss, delays or malfunctions of any kind, particularly on the Internet, preventing the game from running smoothly.

Participation in this game implies full and unreserved acceptance of the present rules.

Article 8 : Reimbursement of participation fees

Internet connection fees required to participate in the game may be reimbursed upon written request sent to the organizing company's address, within the limit of one connection per household.

Article 9: Applicable law and jurisdiction

These rules are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the application or interpretation of these rules will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.

Article 10 : Acceptance of the Rules

Participation in this competition implies full acceptance of these rules. The complete rules are available on request from the organizing company.

This contest is not associated with Instagram/Facebook. Participants must be over 18 years of age. The winner will be contacted by private message.
